Eead the " Olde Knglishe Fayre" advertisement in another column. The Jane Douglas will leave Foxton for Wellington, at 11 a.m. on the 14th. The annual State School picnic will be held at the Oval on Monday next. Mr CottrelPs altered advertisement will appear in our next issue. A meeting re « co-operative store, will be held at the Feilding School House. Mr Hamilton's altered advertisement will be found before the leader. A housekeeper is advertised for. Apply at this office. Mr J. G. Thompson's peculiar advertisement will be found on our first page. A public meeting will be held at Koe's Hotel, this evening, at 8 p.m. Mr Gr. W. Fowles has been elected a Councillor of the Borough of Feilding. The finder of a silver watch will receive £1 reward on leaving the same at the office of this paper. An advertisement appears elsewhere, from the Secretary of 1 the Wanganui Education Board, convening the annual meeting of the Feildinjr householders.
