[PER UNITED PREBS ASSOCIATION.] New Plymouth, This Day. The premier has arrived here from Auckland by mail steamer. He, with Major Atkinson, goes to Hawera on Friday, to consecrate the Hawera Masonic Temple. Sir Wm. and Lady Fox are also passengers for here by the steamer from Auckland. Dunedin, This Day. Bishop Moran, has published his address to the electors of the Peninsula. Oamaeu, This Day. A newsboy named Arthur Bird, in passing from one carriage to another while the south express was in motion, fell on the rails and was killed. Auckland, This Day. At a meeting held at Rewi's settlement Rewi was authorised to send a letter to Mr Bryce, asking that the amnesty be proclaimed. Wahanui, in an interview with Grace, said the cause of the delay in completing the settlement with the Europeans, is the differences existing among the Natives themselves. He added, " give us a little time to breathe and settle matters, and all things will be made right."
