The verdict of the jury was " tliat William Henry Clarke died from natur-il iau-.es." The funeral took place ; this aftei noon. *•"■ '■ ■ A .-ul-vription list in aid of the widow lias been opened, to which nearly every person appealed to has liberally responded.
