The starting price of Assyrian was 100 to 8. The colt is owned by Allison, of Ade--1 laide, theatrical agent, and Barnfield, an Adelaide bookmaker. They win £8,000 by his victory. Nothing has transpired as to the dividends in the totalizators but they must have been large, nor has any announcement been made as to where the prizes in the big consultations have gone.
