HAWKE'S BAY RACES.
(PEE UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Hastings South, This Day. The Spring Race Meeting came off yesterday, fully 2,000 people being on tho course. The following are the results : — 1 1 awke's Bay Guineas, of 105 soys., was won by Kingask. Handicap Hurdle Race, of 60 soys., was won by A. G. Spring Handicap, of 200 soys., was won by Mavis. Trial Plate, of 30 soys., won by Robina. Maiden Race, of 50 so^s., wui won by Leonora. Flying Handicap, of 75 soys., won by Mischief. The Hack Race was won by Heretaunga.
