FEILDING SPORTS.
' ;-• 4 The very attractive programme offered by the Palmerston people will make it necessary for the Feilding Sports Committee to arrange to get off their events on some public holiday other than Boxing Day. A suggestion to this (ffect will probably be made at a public meeting, shortly to be held to arrange for the Feilding Sport?, and New Year's Day will probably be the day suggested. This would not in any way interfere with any other sporting arrangements in the Manawatu. The Eangitikei Races occur about this time, but for the past few years the attendani-e at them has not been gr^al, consequently they would not in any way interfere with the FeiJding Sports on that dny.
