September 21. The rumors current yesterday, regarding alleged changes in the Ministry are now declared without foundation, or at least premature. The bishops of New South Wales have decided to take the opinion of counsel with regard to the 'legality of impending election of a bishop to the vacancy in the See of Sydney.
