[BY TKLKUIi.iPH.] Gisbohxe, September 5An elderly married woman named Lewis hanged herself at Tehapera this afternoon. She was seen alive at 1 p.m., but whs discovered hanging dead at 5 p.m. by her husband. . Her neck was broken. The act was apparently deliberate. The hu>band declares deceased to have been iu low spirits, and to some extent unaccountably mild in her actions for some time past. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
