We learn from ( the r Manawatu Daily i Times that Judge Hardcastle will arrive , in Palmerston to-day, from Wellington, and will open the District Court on Mod. ' day. Amongst the business to be brought before the Court, of local interest, is ' Munro and' Temple v fiydder and others, ' claim £200; Hannapeka v dillett, an > appeal from a decision, of the K.M. t Court. Mr Perkins wilt apply for an ; order declaring the complete execution of j a deed of assignment by Thomas Jones of F^eildirig, aln allowance for maintenance . during the winding up of the estate. Mr ' Warburton» (on behalf of I- dward Collins, • will call on, trustees in Thomas Cooper's ' estate to show cause why E. Collins \ should not be paid a dividend from the i estate. J
