Meeting of Creditors.
A meeting of creditors in the estate of Henry Mordaunt Cramond was called for Monday last, but owing to a quorum not being present, the meeting was adjourned until next day. Svendson, £ls* 6d ; Mrs Bradley, £1 11s; Loudon Haybittle & Co., £2O ; T Coe, £1 11 h 6d j Advocate, £2 10s; Rates £2 ; G. Ogborne, £lsl The assets ure valued at £286 10s, including a section of land at £250, and which is mortgaged to the extent of £135, and an item "cash lent” amounting to £6los.
An adjourned meeting of creditors was held yesterday afternoon, when Mr 8. Coleman was appointed trustee in the estate.
The bankrupt was not present at either of the meetings, and it is the intention of the Deputy Registrar to report the circumstance at the Bankruptcy Court.
