(Before I). H. Macarthur, Esq.. J P ) Henry Webb waa charged with stewing from a whare near Bull's Mill, a P ,ec ’* of jjf n«ton ? valued at £5, the property of h \taoa womau named Hukipcra ., . There not being sufficient evidence to substantiate the charge, accused was , dismissed. Jam** Roche was charged on the information of Charles. Roe with wilfully and maliciously breaking a wiod >w at the Denbigh Hotel. It appears that the accused ran away to the railway station, and was: there given in charge to Constable Gillespie by Mr Roe. Mr Roe stated that although he had the man arrested for wilful and malicious damage to property* v be had found out 1 that the window had been accidentally broken. Under the circumstances the police decided to withdraw the ttise, and the accused was djiobarged.
