PUKEKOHE SUPPORT,
At Hie morning service in the Pukokotie Methodist Church yesterday, at which there was a crowded congregat'd ion. a motion in favour of Mr L # M. Isitt’s Religious Instructions in Schools Bill, was unanimously passed. A copy of Hie resolution has boon forwarded to the Hon. C. J. Parr. Minister for Education, and to Mr E. D. McLennan, member for Franklin. The preacher, the Rev. T. Coatsworth, also spoke in appreciation of the fact that the local Public School Committee had unanimously passed a vole in favour of the bill.
At SI. Janies’ Presbyterian Church, Pukekohe. evening service yesterday, a motion was put to the congregation and carried unanimously in support of Mr L. M Isi It's Bible in Schools Bill.
