SCHOOL CONCERT ' AN IMMENSE SUCCESS. An overwhelming proof that Tuakau needs a large up-<to-date town hall was again evidenced by the large audience that crammed into Reveli’s Hall on Friday evening last to hear the school concert., Many could not find seats and a number could not even get inside. You” (song and dance) ; recitation, Mr Tollerton “Punchinello and Budie’s Answen,” Primer children, soloists: Miss Doris Kewish and Master Claude Finch; violin solo, Mr Kleiin. man; song, Miss Aileen Roberts recitation, “The Wind, 1 ” Miss Norma Westland: chorus, Standards 4, 5 and 6, “Tf the waters could speak:” ; pianoforte solo, Master Jim Irving ; orchestral overture; “The Hat Shop,” by senior girls ; “How d’ye do,” (song and dance) ; song, ‘<Fly away birdie to Heaven,” Miss Ruth Bush; recitation, “The Torch of Life,” Miss Mary McGuire; swing song, “A shower of roses*” Misses Laurel Rehall, Winnie Elliott, Mavis Lapwood, Ruth Bush.
