OBITUARY.

JOHN HENRY PFLEGING. A former well-known resident of this town_ J. H, Pfleging* died at Rotorua on September 25th last. The deceased was at one time practising as an accountant in this town and married a Miss Townson, daughter of a well-known Pukekohe chemist, ,Tne deceased was only 45 years’ old. WILLIAM KERR, Residents of Patumahoe will regret to hear of the demise of Mr William Kerr, a very well-known resident of that district. He was buried in St. Bride's Cemetery, Mauku. MR MATCHETT. A very well-known old resident of Pukekohe East died last Saturday in the person of Mr Matchett, The late gentleman 'farmed for many years at Pukekohe East, and afterswards at Wairangi. He had very many friends in Pukekohe* and 'lndeed. throughout the whole Franklin district.
