SCHOOL SPORTS.
A MOST SUCCESSFUL DAY. The combined schools sports and picnic, under the auspices of the Pukekohe Technical High and Primary Schools, took place on the A. and P. Show grounds on Friday, in windy weather. There was a large attendance of pupils of both schools, but only a sprinkling of parents and friends.
The chief attraction was the High School sports. The arrangements were complete, and events were got off without the slightest hitch. The officials who carried: out the programme were Messrs W. F. J.
