PUKEKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL.
ORDINARY MEETING. Hie Pukekohe Borough Council met Monday evening, when there were esent: The Mayor (Mr John Rout- (, Crs D. R- Hamilton;, G. Arm. ling, A- P. Daysh, R. H. McGough, Pattdrson, F. J. Morrow, Jas. Kenlly, T. Brownlee, the clerk (Mr J. Deane), the foreman (Mr S.. Clews);, and the electrical enginr (Mr W. Wyatt). Jellicoe Road. Mr P. filler wrote drawing the luneil’s attention to the very bad ate of Jellicoe Road’ east, from Up>r Queen Street ito Tuakau Road, a stance of about 20 chains. He relested it be formed as early as pcsble. Referred to Works Commite, with power to act'. Mr N.. L. Cr Daysh, chairman of the Works ommjSttee, reported that the comdlttqfe had acquired two horses, one raiJfe and one hack. Both were animals. The Town Clerk reported that fairr large revenue was derived from the Loulston Park tennis courts. There re re 25 to 30 subscribers. A new et was required. This request was [greed to. The old net was donated to the chool for tennis playing purposes. The question of the appointment of dog registrar for 1922 was deer red until next meeting.
