MARKET REPORT. The Franklin Farmers’ Auctioneering Company, Limited, report;At our usual weekly sale on Fr day- in the top yiard, we had a full yarding of pigs. Prices wereshghtly lower than the previous week. Small weaners sold at from Us to 14s, b to 7 weeks’ old 15s to 17s, 8 to 9 weeks old 18s to 225. No stores were en‘eletd the mart we had full pens of poultry, which realised very satisfactory prices. Light hens 2s to ’ heavy** 3s 6d to 4s 6d, roosters 4s to ss, young cockerels (light) Is 7d, ducks.-2s 10d to 3s 3* Geese and furkeys were in demand, but none In vegetables, we had the usual linies. Cabbages came forward m heavv supply. AH sold, readismg from Is to 4s dozen. Rhubarb 9s to 10s dozen bundles. Potatoes (new) Id lb olid 6s 6d cwb Other vegetables’realised usual prices. Furniture and miscellaneous goods were slow of sale. A quantity of sundries were disposed of at satisfactory prices.
