ENTERTAINMENTS.

STRAND PICTURES. TO-MORROW NIGHT. “THE WOMAN GAME.” At the Strand Theatre to-morrow night the chief attraction will be “The Woman Game,” featuring-Elaine Hammerstein in the leading role. The picture is excellent and is supported by “His Father’s Wife,” a subject that should have wide appeal', since it tells a very human story, guaranteed to entertain all classes of people, and is presented in an attractive manner. June Elvidge is the star, and presents a remarkably telling portrayal of the young girl, who, in the face of criticism, marries her middle-aged employer. Many unexpected twists are revealed as the plot progresses, which adroitly commingles pathos and humour.
