Senior: Franklin 11 v. Waikare 5. Cup Final: Pukekohe and Onewhero drew, no score.

Junior: Franklin 6 v. Waikare 6. Three matches took place on Saturday in inclement weather* In the senior championship play-off, Pukekohe and Onewhero drew at Tuakau, there being no score after a good even game, Mr Joe Reynolds refereed.

A Franklin team, picked from Bombay, Tuakau, and Patumahoe Clubs easily defeated the Waikare reps..by 11 points to 5. Tries for the winners were scored by Les. Balme, E. Revell and J. Markham, one of which were converted by the latter. Mr E. Pollock refereed.

A Franklin junior team played a drawn game with Waikare, each side scoring 6 points. Mr Bert. Clarke controlled the game.
