BUCKLAND AGAIN.
Sir, in your issue of the 16th a letter appears written by Mr E. Neal as chairman of the Buckland School Committee, asking support for school grounds improvement. In reply, I would point out that so far as I am aware, there is no School Committee in Buckland. Two meetings of householders failed to secure such. How, then, can Mr, Neal be chairman Of a committee non-existent ? s There must be some cause for the failure to elect a committee, and Mr Neal probably knows as well as anyone what it is, but in any case it is useless asking support from anyone for a committee which has no existence.
