ACCOMODATION INADEQUATE. %

Quite recently tibe * ac commodation at the school was to-y tally inadequate to cope with! the in- y creased attendance at the school, and additional space was erected. % j A .week or so ago the Buckland r(£- ; : turned soldiers held a/most success- ; ful ball in the Public Hail, but owing to the large attendance and the space • available for dancing the function - was anything but enjoyable as far & * dancing enthusiasts weye concerned Literally, the hall was “packed like sardines in a tin” and the necessity of having additional accommodatufi was vividly demonstrated. The poptblation of Buckland lias increased coilsiderably since the little hall wan erected, when at that time it fulfilled requirements. The pla,ee has grown, but the hall has not, and the sConey the authorities move in the matter of providing additional accommodation the sooner it will be appreciated bjf all Buckland residents concerned. Other functions have been held in th 4 hall and the same, complaint has been heard. them Buddand> it is up to yo*i to 'move with the times and have additions, to the hail in the very near future.
