GREAT SOUTH ROAD.

PAPAKURA’S PORTION. WORK NEARING COMPLETION. It was reported at Monday night’s meeting of the Papakura Town Board that the work in connection with the reconstruction of Papakura’s portion of the Great South Road was nearing completion. Metalling: had been commenced and up to Monday night three chains had been done. Provided the weather holds good for about a fortnight it is anticipated that the road will be completed by then.
