STRAYING CATTLE.

A MANUREWA COMPLAINT. Complaints were made at last night’s meeting of the ' Manurewa Town Board about the number of cattle allowed to stray on the loads, particularly at night time. It was printed out that the practice was increasing and besides being danger,vj, (o travellers, cows on the road ■Avoj a nuisanty. as they damaged hedges and fences. Members were unanimous that the practice should cease and the ranger is to be informed to take action against offenders.
