REMUERA TRAIN STOP.
NO ACTION TAKEN. With reference to the Manurewa Town Board’s protest against the stopping of the 12.8 p.m. train from Auckland at Remuera on Saturdays, the General Manager, New Zealand Railways, replied at Monday night’s meeting that the stoppage of the train did not affect the time of arrival at Manurewa.—Received.
