THE BLACKBERRY PEST.
BOROUGH AREAS INFESTED. ACTION TO BE TAKEN. At the meeting of the Boiough Council on Wednesday night, attention was drawn to the prevalence of blackberry throughout the borough. Councillors maintained that rigid steps should be taken to compel owners of property to rid their properties of the pest, and this course of action was decided on.
