THE CENSUS.
TO BE TAKEN ON APRIL 18. By proclamation it is announced that the census will be taken on Monday, April 18. In addition to the usual dletails there will be entered for the householders census schedule questions in relation to the following matters: —
(a) in cases of a married man, widower or widow, the number, sexes and ages of all his or her living children including step-childlreii and children by adoption; (h) the manner in which nationality was acquired; (c) whether life is insured and amount of capital sum assured (if any); (d) the usual place of residence <>l persons who are away from such usual place of usd deuce when enumerated; (e) nalure of occupancy and rent or rent id value of dwelling; (f) in Ihe case <>l households nil.wiled outside a city, borough or town dial rid boumlarios, ilie name of the township or locality in which the dwelling; is si fun fed, the post office commonly used, and Ihe distance from such post olfice; (g) partieu'ars in r gard to bees and the prorh of honev and beeswax.
