When hundreds of such scraps are collected, as they undoubtedly are, hy enemy agents, in- the aggregate they give information the enemy is looking , for. It is necessary for every member .of tlie public to realise that enemy agents exist in the person of ordinarylooking individuals whose job is to pick np scraps of information. Therefore don’t talk about any matter of the slightest significance in regard to the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Shipping. Bo particularly careful when writing overseas, as overseas mail sometimes falls into enemy hands. Be on your guard all the time against careless talk and careless writing.
