Mr J. J. Devereux has received advice from London that he has been admitted to the Institution of Mechanical Engineers as an associate member. Miss Alice M, George has been appointed organist of St..Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. Dunedin. Before leaving the Green Island Church, where she was organist and choirmaster.
