Advice has been'received that Leading; Aircraftman Olaf Ruben, of Havenswood road, St. Clair, has been promoted: to flight-sergeant. Prior to joining the> Air Force Flight-sergeant Ruben was a--member of the ‘ Evening Star ’ reporting staff. Major C, T.
