CONDITIONS IN NORWAY
LONDON, October 11. A. Stockholm report says that the German representative in Norway, Herr Terbovon, issued a proclamation suspending the state of emergency at Trondheim from to-day. During the state of emergency 34 Norwegianb were executed.
