There is always the chance of overseas mail falling into enemy hands. These scraps of intormatiou in the aggregate give valuable information to enemy intelligence. . . It is the solemn duty of every letter writer to include matters : ot only pen. sonal interest and to make no reference to troops, troop movements; camps, aerodromes, shipping, or any informal tion connected with the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
