ft is proving' popular among many users of Fethcr-Flake who have alreadyfound Fether-Flake pastry such a boon in making jam tarts, treacle tarts, etc. Here is the recipe for Marmalade Tart: Jib Fether-Flake Pastry. Roll out thin, line patty pans or one large tin plate with pastry, half fill with Marmalade filling and bake twenty minutes. Filling: loz butter, loz sugar, 1 beaten egg, 2oz flour, J teaspoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons marmalade. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and other ingredients. Use as above. Fethcr-Flake is puff pastry perfectly mixed and ready to roll out, and is obtainable at all Ernest Adams’ Cake Shops and Agencies at lOd lb.—[Advt.]
