SUPREME COURT
In the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr Justice Kennedy, John Frederick Hannnerley appealed on a point of law against the dismissal by the magistrate, Mr H. J. Dixon, of a charge of assault brought by Hammerley against Patrick Lysaght at Mosgiel. The appeal was dismissed, with costs (£9 9s) against the appellant. IN DIVORCE. In the case of Noeline Dore Reid v. Uric Reid, the decree nisi previously granted was made absolute, with custody of the child to the petitioner.
