E.P.S. ALARM.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I, as a worker, wish to protest, on behalf of scores of others, at having to turn out to these alarms in the week-ends, Saturday and Sunday, as this is the only lime we have to look after pur own homes, since we have had to turn out on a Saturday and Sunday. I think it about time the next alarm was held in working hours, and I call on. the mayor to lead the way. —I am, etc., Justice. August 31.
