NORTH-EAST VALLEY LAWN TENNIS CLUB
At the annual meeting Mr L. R. Facer, the president, occupied the chair, and a good representation of the members was present. It was decided to fix opening day for September 26, and to hold a social gathering in the club rooms on the same evening. The election ‘of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr J. Rhodes; president, Mr L. R. Facer; vice-presidents, Messrs E. Swete and P. Wederell; club captain, Mr J. Harneiss; secretary. Miss J. Gardiner; treasurer, Miss M. Talbot; auditor, Miss A. Sinclair; committee—Misses I. Ross, F. Buttar, and Messrs V. Harvey and M. Breen.
