ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
WATCHMAN’S DEATH. Airlie ■ Clyde Rennie, a married man, aged 53, a watchman in the employ of the Otago Harbour Board, was found dead in las office on the wharf early on Sunday morning. An inquest is not necessary. WOMAN’S SUDDEN DEATH. The inquest concerning the sudden death of Mrs Crichton Moncrieff Robertson (40), who was found dead at her residence in Maryhill Terrace on Friday evening last, was concluded before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M., as coroner, this morning. The Coroner said that Dr D’ Ath’s report on his post mortem examination of the body made it clear that death was due to sudden heart failure. A verdict to that effect was returned. Sergeant Spencer represented the police. FATAL CAR CRASH. A Christchurch Association, message states that Major David Clive Cuzier, aged 39, died to-day following a car crash on Saturday. He was driving alone in. Hagley Avenue, when his. car struck a telegraph post. Cuzier was the district mechanical and technics transport officer.
