RUSSIAN AIR RAIDS
NAZI INDUSTRIAL CENTRES BOMBED LONDON, Aug. 27. The Moscow radio announced that the Russian Air Force, in difficult weather last night, bombed military and industrial objectives in Berlin, Danzig, Koenigsberg, Stettin, Tilsit, and other towns in eastern, northeastern, and central Germany. Nine large fires were started in Berlin and Danzig, and there were 10 fires and explosions in Koenigsberg. Fires and explosions were observed in other target areas. All the raiders returned.
