A 2jkl N.Z.E.F. casualty list which was issued 10-uight includes tlio following names:— —Killed in Action.— McCarthy, Second Lieutenant John Justin; mother, Mrs McCarthy, Xlawera. —Died of Wounds.— (Previously Reported Killed in Action.) Bentley, Private Richard Crawford, Fiji. (Previously Reported Wounded and Missing.) Reid, Private Leo, Hastings. —Died of Sickness.— Dunn, Private George Owen; mother, Mrs R. Manson, Christchurch. —Air Force.— Tho following R.N.Z.A.F. casualty reclassifications wore announced to-night:— Knobloch, Flight-sergeant Reginald Eric, previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed by the Air Ministry at April 2, 1942; wife, Mrs R. E. Knoklooh, Waipukurau. McCall, Leading Aircraftman Harold James, previously reported seriously ill, now removed from seriously ill list ; father, Mr F. H. McCall, Coromandel Biiy - Paterson, Sergeant William John, previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed by the Air Ministry at April 2, 1942; mother, . Mrs V. D. Paterson, Takapan. Usher, Pilot-offi nor Benson, previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed by the Air Ministry at May 31, 1942; Paiea.
