KWANGSIN IN CHINESE HANDS
(British Official Wireless.) (Rec. S a.m.) RUGBY, August 23. The Chinese have recaptured Kwang« sin, on the Chekiang-Kiangsi railway, according to a Chungking message. The recapture by the Chinese of Wenchow, some 200 miles further iyest* was announced two days ago.
