■ —Vice-regal.— Tfao Governor-General (Sir Cyril Newall) yesterday received Sir Harry Batterbee. The Archbishop of New Zealand has arrived at Government House. Advice has been received that W. S. Wallace is a prisoner of war in Italy. The Rev. L. B. Neale, of the Methodist Central Mission, has undergone an operation at the Stafford Private Hospital.
