MID-AIR MEETING
PAN-AMERICAN CLIPPERS [Per United Press Association.] AUOXLAND, October 8. For the first time since the service was inaugurated the two Pan-American Clippers should pass in mid-air to-day between Canton Island and Honolulu. The northbound Clipper should have reached Canton Island last night and was to leave for Honolulu to-day. The southbound Clipper left Honolulu at 4,13 this morning (New Zealand time) , and is due at Auckland on Thursday.
