(Received October 5, at 12.15 p.m.) Speaking to journalists in London, tho High Commissioner for India said India’s complaint was that Britain had not mad© sufficient use of India s willingness to help in this war, “ There is'not,” Sir Firoz Khannoon said. “ a man. in India who does not want Britain to win.”
