VOTING OF MEN OVENSEAS [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON.-October 1. The question of enabling Waipawa district members of the armed forces overseas to take part in the by-election expected to result from the recent death of Mr Jull, the former member for Waipawa, is at present engaging the attention of the Government. Mr Fraser stated that, in additipn, there was being examined the question of the nomination of serving members of the forces overseas so that _ they could contest the seat if they wished. Mr Fraser added that he thought that under the law it might be possible for nominations sent by cable to be accepted. However, if this was not possible, no doubt the position would be rectified.
