MR JORDAN'S OLD CONSTITUENCY [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, October 1. A message of goodwill from his old constituency of Onehunga has been cabled to the High Commissioner, London (Mr W. J. Jordan) by the Onehnnga Borough Council as follows: —• “ The council and citizens of Onehunga express their heartfelt appreciation and admiration of the indomitable spirit shown and fortitude maintained by all in Great Britain. You are manning to-day’s front line. To Mrs Jordan, yourself and family we extend our thoughts daily in acknowledgment of the personal sacrifices you are making on our behalf. Kia Ora.”
