RAGS AND TATTERS IH TOWN HALL Tramps, vagrants, hoboes, sundowners, and swaggers, hikers, packmen, and ail the other exponents of the gentle art of tramping forgot the worries of their weary way when they turned up in their hundreds to the Hobo Ball on Wednesday night.
