Mrs Berger had smelt gas in the kitchen, and had applied a match to the esc e. Now she lay in bed with burns. Mr Berger: “How could you bo so stupid as to do that. You ought to have taken safely measures.” Mrs Berger: “I did. I went specially and got your safety matches.”
