IDEAS FOR DESIGN INVITED (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 25. (Received 1 September 26, at 10.48 a.ra.) Designs for the George Cross, the new mark of honour for civilian, men and women, will be considered in the next few days. Artists and designers have been invited to submit ideas, and the final choice will rest with the King.
