COMPLETION OF DRAW EXPECTED TO-DAY [Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 25, Such good progress was made to-day with the ballot for men for the- Territorial! service now being drawn in Wellington that it is hoped to complete the draw to-morrow. On the first day, yesterday, 4,800 names were drawn from the register for the Auckland, Paeroa, and Whangarei districts. To-day, the entire quotas for the Hamilton, Wellington, Wanganui, and Napier areas, numbering 5,650 men, were drawn, If this rate is maintained, there is a possibility that the draw will be completed to-morrow afternoon. There are approximately 5,550 more names to be drawn, mostly from the Southern Military District.
