LAKE'S CRICKET CLUB
The annual meeting of the above was held in the Y.W.C.A. on Monday night, Mr R. E. Ham presiding over a good attendance. The secretary (Mr H. B. Muir) presented the annual report and balance sheet, the adoption of which was moved by the president and carried. The Chairman complimented the dub on its activities, and said a satisfactory feature was the winning of the C section. The financial position was quite satisfactory, and the speaker concluded by referring in eulogistic terms to the services rendered in various capacities by Mr Muir and Mr Harwood. The following office-bearers were elected:—Patron. Mr R. Moon; vicepatrons. Mr C. ißendle, Mr E. Hitchcox ; president. Mr R. E. Ham; vicepresident, Mr P. George ; secretary and treasurer. Mr H. B.
