JAPAN AND BRAZIL
CULTURAL TREATY SIGNED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright TDK 10, September 24. (Received September 25, at 9.15 a.ro.) The Foreign Office has issued a statement that a Japauese-Brazilian cultural treaty was concluded-on September,2s at Rio de Janiero for the purpose of “ accelerating interest in each other’s culture." It is similar to last year’s Italian-Japanese agreement.
